I’m Holly, a dedicated yoga therapist with a background in holistic health. Over the past four years, I’ve immersed myself in the study and practice of yoga and yogic philosophy. This journey has profoundly transformed me, and I take great joy in sharing the wisdom and gifts I’ve received.

Through yoga, I’ve found a renewed sense of safety within my body, breath, and nervous system. My intention as a yoga therapist is to help others find this same peace and connection, especially those who have faced trauma or challenges. Yoga has not only reconnected me with my body and breath but has also opened my heart to a deeper connection with the world around me.

I teach Ashtanga yoga weekly and offer yoga therapy courses at Chakra, combining traditional practices with a focus on personal healing.  I approach this work as a humble student first, always learning and beginning again.
